Look, it seems like you don't understand the minefield you're currently treading awfully fucking close to. It ain't as simple as being able to just fuck off somewhere else when your soul is literally owned by someone else.

And before you start trying to argue it: no, you don't understand. Hell don't work the way you might think it does. I agree that they should talk about what's going on, this going back and forth and pushing him about shit isn't going to help anything. Trust me, I've pushed him on topics before and if he isn't budging: you're only making it worse and making him dig his heels in deeper.

So I suggest you back off from this line of questioning and instead try to get them to fucking talk to each other. Shit, I can drag him somewhere to keep him calm if need be if you really think it's a problem between the two of them.

But, also, lemme let you in on a little something I learned in my older years: you can love more than one person, that's a thing people can do. So if you're doing this shit because you think you don't have a chance: stop it.

I already did. I told him exactly what Angel said and that Angel is clearly in love with him back, and he's got some hang-up about his boss and Wen Nign getting hurt, so hey ball's in their court.
