With his free hand, Valentino fumbles kind of blindly for the ends of Anthony's loosened tie, catching both of them together in one hand to pull him closer and keep him there, though he keeps the loop somewhat slack around his neck so Anthony's free to duck out of it if he wants. When Anthony laughs, Val, surprisingly, finds himself smiling slightly against his mouth, amused but also a little confused.

He bites at Anthony's lower lip, letting his teeth scrape lightly, thumb dragging along the edge of his jaw. "What's so funny? Hmm?"
