If you're reading this, I've been sent home again. This happened to me once before, during my first pairing, and I went home to war, came back during an apocalypse, and immediately got myself demoted.

That isn't going to happen again. No idea of the Admiral will bring me back, but if he does, I'll be coming back hopefully older and wiser and happier. Most of the family I've made aboard the Barge have left, and I'll be going to live with my dad in Japan while I wait for Ulla, then we'll split our lives between Kamarucho and Los Angeles.

You've come so far since we've met, and you are going to do fine without me. If there's someone you want to be paired with, get in a fight with them – it's hardly scientific but that does seem to be a trigger for a pairing. I'm only joking a little. You can always depend on Ulla, and Zhao Yunlan and B have had my back for years, even when I was a stupid kid. And I know John Doe cares about you.
